Welcome to Isla Law! We’re really glad that you’ve found us, and hope you will find the information on our website useful.  To really discover how we can help you, we recommend that you call or email us on 01622 239766 or enquiries@islalaw.co.uk for a free, no-obligation conversation about your situation and requirements. Or Book an appointment here.

We offer a full range of expert will-writing, power of attorney, court of protection, tax planning and probate services. We are members of the Society of Will Writers and our principal consultant is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  Find out more about what we do here.

We have over ten years’ experience acting for individuals, couples, multi-generation families, business owners, single parents, high net worth clients and the elderly and vulnerable – to name just a few.  We can also act for businesses looking to offer wills and associated services to staff as a tax-deductible benefit.

We are based in Maidstone, and are really proud to be part of our local community.  However, our clients come from all over Kent and beyond and we are happy to help you, whatever your location.  We also have a particular affiliation to the Isle of Wight, where we spend a lot of our time, and which inspired our company name!

Our goal at Isla Law is to bring an exceptional level of expertise to you at a competitive price and in a way that makes your life simple.  That means agreeing fair, fixed fees with you in advance, attending you in your own home or office at a time that suits you (including weekends and evenings) and providing you with clear, solution-driven advice and documents.

We think there is a gap in the market, between traditional wills and probate practices which often charge high fees for a poor, unresponsive and complicated service, and sales-led businesses, which may not always have the rigorous, high-level expertise needed for more complex cases.

Isla Law was founded to fill that gap, offering expertise, simplified.
